Responsible use of Write It

Write It LLC publishes tools for writing assistance and automated text entry. Use them only where that assistance is permitted, and be honest about how your work was made.

Keep responsibility for the work

Use your own ideas and sources. Review suggested wording, check facts and citations, and follow your school, employer, client or publisher’s rules. Disclose AI assistance when required. Our acceptable-use terms prohibit plagiarism, fraud and violations of academic integrity policies.

Understand automated typing

The auto typer enters prepared text. Its optional pauses, corrections and simulated rewrites are automated actions. Write It Max can generate alternate phrasing before replacing it with your supplied sentence. These actions are not a record of your thinking and must not be presented as evidence that you independently composed a document. Retain your real notes, drafts and sources.

Review rewrites and detector scores

The humanizer changes wording and tone and can introduce mistakes. AI detector results are estimates that can be wrong. Neither a rewrite nor a score proves authorship, guarantees acceptance, or makes prohibited AI use acceptable. Write It does not guarantee a particular detector result.

Know what text cleaning does

Our text cleaner removes selected characters and formatting. It does not certify that text is human-written, remove all forms of AI provenance, or grant permission to conceal AI use.

Use assistance where it is allowed

Examples include revising a permitted draft for clarity, exploring an outline, checking cited sources, or entering prepared text into a document you control. Do not use Write It to complete restricted exams, misrepresent authorship, or manufacture evidence of independent work.
